It’s a company which deals with the business of yarn spinning and has come to acquire a strong foothold in this area despite growing competitors in a globalise world. Apart from the above machinery, the plant uses LUWA humidification system, which enables it to produce quality products.

Another point that has to be stressed is that the company’s yarn production capacity is auto levelled, auto coned and spliced and so meticulous is it with its manufacturing capabilities that the raw material is hand cleaned in a painstaking manner to avoid the cotton yarn being contaminated.

Cotton

India is rated as one of the top four cotton producing countries in the world with a distinctive advantage over other nations in the same. The cotton varieties range from the shortest staple to the extra large staple cotton, suitable for cotton counts ranging from 6 to 120. And it is here precisely that the company has been able to do a smart job. It has been able to do a fine job of picking the right varieties with the help of its full-fledged cotton testing laboratory plus vast and wide knowledge in the field of cotton.

In Keeping with the growing trend of environment conscious in India as well as abroad, the company is on the right track of developing eco-friendly cotton varieties. Towards this end, it’s 100% EOU is located in cotton growing areas and is developing its own small farm. It is also playing a notable role in bringing awareness among the farmers to develop eco-friendly farming.

Knitted Fabrics

In 1995, the group had diversified into yarn dyeing, knitted fabrics production and processing under the name of "Suryavanshi Textiles Ltd". The plant is located in MIDC, Ambernath, near Mumbai and has 7 tonnes of Knitted Fabric Production and processing/day and two tonnes/day of Yarn dyeing.

Garments

Later, they diversified into garment production and places utmost emphasis on quality in the processes leading to garment production and strict vigilance on cotton selection, yarn production, knitting, and fabric processing.

With its own facility of the latest state of the art infrastructure equipment, the company has been able to successfully promote its own production of knitted garments, which it sells both to domestic, as well as export markets.

Future Plans

The Group is aiming high and in meeting this obligation, it is planning to have dedicated Ginneries, minimize the contamination at picking, ginning and bale pressing.
