This showroom was started in 1974 and is still going strong.

The business instincts of father and son duo grew with passage of time into a well-honed one. And, today both the said showrooms are thriving and doing steady business. The business of furniture accessories has expanded into a competitive one, with cutthroat competition being the norm. And in the end only the best survive and Modern Living has been one of them.

The showroom offers 1-year warranty on the products purchased. During the warranty period, it facilitates free repair charges. Where the product requires repair and 1-year warranty period has lapsed, it charges for the repair so done.

It also offers free gifts in the form of watch box set and so on to its regular patrons be it corporate world or ordinary individuals. The showroom accepts all kinds of credit cards. Its timings are 10 AM to 9 PM with Sunday being a holiday.
